Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for in-stock items. Some rugs are made to order in New Zealand, which can take up to 2 weeks to craft. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Please note these are estimates—occasional delays can happen during busy seasons or due to customs.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships. Sometimes items ship separately to get to you faster.
